This book has so much strength to it, and the fact that I was able to get a signed copy has made me literally feel stronger for reasons I cannot totally explain. The main characters are both very loveable, charismatic and only serve to enhance each other’s stories. Laia has everything taken from her and has no idea how to fight back for it, how to have the courage of a lion and show no fear. Elias is fighting in a different way, he is literally a fighter, a mask, and also trying to find his escape to a freedom that doesn’t involve hurting anyone. I highly recommend this first book in the series and thanks for reading my review and happy reading!!
