The first point in this books favour is that it has a map! Which is a must for an excellent fantasy read. Following points in this book’s favour are the strength of brotherhood felt between the main characters and the laugh out loud moments even in the most desperate of situations.
The very first section beginning this book completely caught my attention and I was immediately sucked into the world of Locke Lamora. I must say that I felt like I knew for sure where this book was going, what the outcome would be, and I am so happy I was completely wrong. I do not enjoy guessing an authors plot and I gladly was very surprised by the major events that changed everything.
